Upload a .csv or .xlsx file of your product catalogue. The first row must contain column headers. At minimum a Name column is required — everything else (generic name, category, prices, opening stock, batch, expiry, etc.) is optional and matched automatically. Existing medicines are matched by barcode or exact name and updated; new ones are created. Quantities/expiry on an existing medicine's row are added as a fresh batch, never overwriting current stock.
